Above is a Bachelorette Party invitation I made for one of my best friends in August of 2007.  I used vellum to print the details of the party and the edges that were not stuck down by the cute 3D stickers were sewn in a cute pattern to add some fun detail.  And below is a Wedding Shower invitation I made in August of 2008 – I guess August is my month for some sort of wedding invitation to be made by me.  Whenever I host showers or another type of party for one of my good friends I like to hand make the invitations as a special touch.  Often times those are the invitations that are able to be more creative and if you plan it out right can be less expensive.
